This is a great appetizer as you can serve it hot or cold. Make sure to make little, one bite, balls and put sandwich picks on the side. SERVES 6
1 lb extra-lean ground
chicken (450 grams) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Cover heavy roasting pan with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, mix together extra-lean ground chicken, soya sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Using your hands make round balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on the pan. Insert pan in the oven for 25 minutes or until chicken balls cooked inside.
To make dipping sauce, combine together hoisin sauce, soya sauce, sesame
oil, and wasabi power.
