The colour is light and grassy. This wine is made from 85% Semillon grape and 15% Sauvignon Blanc grape. It consists of fresh fruit aromas such as green apples and citrus fruit. The taste is clean and refreshing with a hint of gooseberry. This is a light refreshing wine with moderate fruit flavours and natural acidity. The finish is clean, refreshing and delicious.

Could be enjoyed with Asian cuisine including  Asian Noodle soup, light salads and delicate fish.
PRICE ANALYSIS: Very good wine for the price.  Price is well worth the complexity, the freshness and delicious flavours.

LAST WORDS: This is a delicious wine, not too complex but very good in its simplicity. I would love to enjoy dirking it again.
