On the left hand side is a list of some of the most popular white wines divided by grape variety. Click on them and see our reviews. You will find what I believe are the most detectable aromas, flavours and overall palate experience. Everyone's taste perception is different but at least it will give you an idea of what is involved. See if you taste the same aromas and flavours.

As well I  give an idea with what food to pair  particular wine. This is of course just a suggestion, food and wine are supposed to be fun. I don't believe any hard rules should ever truly apply.

Price Analysis. For most people price is an important  consideration when purchasing wine. Hence we express our opinion if the wine was worth the price, some wine are overpriced for what they deliver others are great bargains.

Last words. Is a short summary of my impression of the  wine. You might of course have a different view, but it will give you a quick idea if it was good or not. I would love to hear your thoughts on the various wines in our discussion forum.

Of course we also supply detailed information of the wine from the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), (some are not available on the label) such as where it was produced, by whom, sugar content as well as the  LCBO price and reference number. This information is subject to change anytime and we don't take responsibility for its accuracy.
