Pepper Crusted Pork Tenderloin

If you love pepper, this recipe is for you. On a busy weeknight it will take almost no time to prepare, there is only 3 ingredients including the tenderloin! If you do not have a black pepper paste you can just ground your own black pepper.

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

1  tsp of olive oil
1  tbsp black pepper sauce or paste
1  pork tenderloin, approximately 1lbs or 500 grams

 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut away any fat and slithers from the pork tenderloin and place it in a bowl. Add to the bowl olive oil and black pepper sauce. Spread it all over the pork. Put the pork on a heavy roasting pan and place it in the oven.

Remove the pork when its internal temperature is registered at 145 degrees F., the total roasting time is approximately between 35 - 45 minutes. Cover pork with aluminum foil and let it rest for 7-12 minutes.

 

TIP DU JOUR:
To decrease preparation time at dinner you can prepare the tenderloin the night before or in the morning. Keep it in the fridge until it is ready for the oven.
