I love this recipe, it takes minutes to make and it sparkles with delicious tastes and freshness. Drink it with the wine that you are using to steam the mussels, it will further bring out the flavours of this dish. SERVES 2-4
1 tbsp olive oil
Heat a large pot over medium
heat. Add olive oil and shallots. Add a dash of salt and pepper and sauté
for 2 minutes.
