Asparagus is a delicious vegetable. The lemon flavour really brings out the best in asparagus. This recipe is not only tasty, but it has no fat and it takes minutes to make. SERVES 4
1 bundle of asparagus Clean the asparagus and cut off approximately 2 inches of the ends. Place it in a microwavable dish and drizzle with juice of a lemon. Place a microwave safe top on the dish and microwave asparagus for 3 minutes on high. Sprinkle asparagus with lemon rind and you are ready to eat.
