INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING 2
tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate

A twist on
a classic. A refreshing dinner idea for home or the cottage, its fast,
easy and delicious. Serve on a bed of greens. Use your favorite salad mix
and what ever fruits and vegetables are in season, or what you happen to
have on hand. I think adding mango would be a great addition as well a few
cilantro leaves to the salad mix or chop it and mix it in in the first
step along with ginger. SERVES 4
2 lbs. extra lean
ground pork or beef (1 Kg)
In a large bowl combine the ground meat, ginger, sesame oil, soya sauce,
and chili sauce. Keep it in the fridge for up to a day or cook
immediately.
