and also very reflective. It is written by Karen Coates an Asia
correspondent for Gourmet. This blog is more than about food and
recipes, she relates food to social, environmental and health issues. A
very good read with beautiful pictures taken by her husband Jerry. Jerry
Redfern is an award-winning photojournalist.
