A thick dark wine with a powerful aroma of cassis, mint and burning logs that take me back to my cottage and the outdoor fire pit.  The taste is creamy, dense, velvety with the tannins embedded but not overpowering. Very recognizable flavours of cassis, leather and oak on the finish. This wine is beautifully balanced with an elegant, delicious and long finish.

Could be enjoyed with pizza, pasta or a beef dish.
