Showing aromas of oak and some butter. On the palette slightly bitter, good medium tannins with a hint of fruit flavours and oak. A very good and well balanced wine. PRICE ANALYSIS: A real great buy for just over $10 dollars. LAST WORDS: A very good Canadian sparkling wine that is inexpensive. A dry wine, with subtle peach and citrus flavours accompanied by crisp refreshing acidity. Well balanced, with a long lingering good finish. Could be enjoyed as a refreshing drink on a hot day. PRICE ANALYSIS: Very well priced. LAST WORDS: A good Canadian white wine, not overly fruity but refreshing. Perfect accompaniment to a light chicken dish.
