This wine is made from 100% Gamay grapes, harvested on the soils of the Controlled Appellation of Brouilly. This is a light raspberry coloured wine, with aromas of strawberry and light peppery notes. A light to medium body wine with flavours of raspberry and pepper. A dry, well balanced wine with intense tannins that grip well to the tongue and low acidity. Good medium finish.

Could be enjoyed at a BBQ with light flavoured meals.
