This is a great appetizer, and you can feel good about serving it to your family and friends. There is no added fat, just lots of protein and everyone will be happy to have guilt free and a delicious snack. I like to serve it along with whole wheat, spinach and other types of flatbreads. SERVES 6-8
1 cup black beans,
drained and rinsed
Drain and rinse beans and put
in a large bowl. Add garlic, zest of a lime and juice, as well a pinch of
salt and pepper. With the back of your fork mash everything together.
