This is a
very simple dessert to make with a very sophisticated adult taste. I like
to serve it at the end of elaborate party because this dessert isn't heavy
but is full of rich delicious flavours. Try also serving a small golf ball
size in an aperitif glass in between meals for a cosmopolitan feel and to
cleans the palette. SERVES 4
1 bottle apricot
nectar, chilled (700 mL)
